The location proved convenient for exploring the city and utilizing public transport. The staff were attentive and promptly provided extra towels when requested. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. It was a relief. The twin bedded room met my needs, offering ample space and comfort for my stay.
I encountered an issue with the room's temperature CONTROL. It seemed difficult to regulate, leading to some discomfort.

The hotel features a central location near public transport. The metro and bus stops are very close. the m29 bus takes you to the main shopping street. checkpoint charlie and potsdamer platz are within walking distance, a definite plus. the breakfast was excellent for the star rating. Allergy-type milks were available.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . the location is excellent. I could walk to many attractions. public transport was very close and convenient (especially for longer trips).
one of the two elevators was out of service . this led to long waits when trying to get in or out of the hotel. i hope they fix it soon!

breakfast included plenty of choice and variety with fresh options available daily and i enjoyed the different pastries (the croissants were my favorite!). there were also hot options such as scrambled eggs and sausages.
